01 Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using stockres.com (the "Site") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please do not use the Site.

02 The service

StockRes intends to provide market analytics, research tools, and related information services (the "Service"). During the development period, the Site serves primarily as an informational page allowing visitors to sign up for launch notifications.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

03 Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Site. By using it, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

04 Acceptable use

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, interface design, and code — is the property of StockRes or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.

You may view, download, and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use — including reproduction, distribution, modification, or republication — requires our prior written permission.

Certain components of the StockRes platform are distributed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0). Where applicable, the corresponding source code is made available in accordance with that licence.

06 Notify-me list

When you submit your email address through the "Notify me" form:

• You confirm that the address belongs to you and that you consent to receiving launch-related communications.
• You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send, or by writing to hello@stockres.com.
• We will only use your address as described in our Privacy Policy.

07 Third-party content and links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party resources. Following such links is at your own risk.

Any market data, charts, or figures displayed on the Site are provided for informational purposes only and may be delayed, incomplete, or derived from third-party sources.

08 Disclaimer

The Site and Service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

09 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StockRes and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Site or Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred (100) euros.

10 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms. Sections concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

11 Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of StockRes is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

If you access the Site from another jurisdiction, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
